This is the time of the year when most of us are seriously contemplating a diet to lase the excesses of the New Year. Intermittent fasting is normally not a diet which most people sum to as a first choice as humans today arc used to consuming three meals plus snacks a day. Deviations from this norm is particularly difficult. Yet, there is a wealth of data from clinical studies that the benefit of Intermittent fasting appears to far exceed those accrued by merely weight loss as it appears to improve health and life span.
